F.A.Q.

Your shipment will be made at once. Many orders are shipped the same day as received. Shipments will be made, F.O.B. Sibley, Iowa. Shipment primarily is
made by UPS. Some larger orders are shipped via truck so please specify if the order is a rush so partial shipment of a large order can be made by UPS and the
balance sent by truck. Federal Express Overnight and UPS Overnight and 2nd Day service are available at an additional charge for emergency situations. (Only
exceptions are shipments outside the continental US, special arrangements made and shipments of crucifixes, bibles, anniversary books, which are sent directly
from the manufacturer).

First time orders should be accompanied by a check or acceptable credit references, or shipment can be made COD until credit is established.

Acknowledgement cards are packed 25 to a box.

Memorial folders are shrink wrapped flat, 250 per package.

Memorial folders and prayer cards for your laser printer or copier are available. Now you can print memorial folders and prayer cards on full size sheets! Memorial folders come two-up with a micro perforation for easy separation – you can pick from most of our regular memorial folder stock. Prayer cards come 8-up on a sheet. Many new styles are available. We have information on different computer programs that are compatible with our products. Give us a call and we will give you that information. 800-831-8568.

Verses on acknowledgement cards and memorial folders are interchangeable. A small charge is added to switch verses. All wide folders (5.5 x 8.5), tall folders (7 x 8.5) and church bulletins (8.5 x 11) are stocked PLAIN (no verse). Please specify verse desired if you wish a verse included. Collection of verse masters included with wide folders upon request.

REGISTER BOOKS

Register books contain both protestant and Catholic pages, designed for easy removal if not needed. (Imprint is included in the book price.) (If less than 25
books are ordered, imprint charge will be added.)

Discontinued items which were available in previous catalogs can be ordered on a special order basis. A minimum of 5,000 cards is required and allowance of four weeks for shipping should be made, as with all special orders. Please allow for up to 10% over-run.

Minimum order charges will be added on orders totaling less than $30.00.

Self-sealing envelopes (touch and seal) are available at $15.00/M additional.

Quantity discounts are combined on memory folders and acknowledgement cards, and quantity discounts also apply to total orders for price comparable books.

Split-shipment contracts are available for additional quantity discounts. Prices will be guaranteed for one year from date of original order. A minimum of 5,000 cards and/or 50 register books per shipment is required for split-shipment.

Credit for returns must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice (preferably the yellow slip) so that proper credit may be given to your account. We suggest you check your order upon receipt, as no returns will be accepted after 60 days. Please contact us by phone or mail prior to returning an order.
