The
following will explain how the program will function for you.
STEP1:
Request
Place your order though the Canticle Cards head office or your
designated sales representative.
STEP
2: Quote
A quote will be provided to you in American dollars. Freight,
GST and broker fee will be added to the final Invoice.
STEP
3: Order
Contact Canticle Cards to confirm you order and arrange your payment
with Visa, MasterCard or American Express.
STEP
4: Shipment
When the shipment is ready for delivery via UPS, your Invoice
will be applied to your provided credit card number.
STEP
5: Payment
The credit card will perform the exchange rate on the indicated
“US Amount” on your Invoice. The only change will
be that your Invoice payment will show “Keith M. Merrick”
as a transaction.

Terms:
A credit card number is required when your order is placed. When
your order is shipped, the final total will be applied to the
credit card.
Shipping
Costs:
This will not have changed from your past invoices. You will receive
the same great shipping service and cost from U.P.S. as you have
in the past.
Taxes:
As a benefit, GST is the only tax charged to your order with no
provincial taxes applied!
Broker
Charges:
This is the only new charge that will be appearing on your bill
but for the fantastic price, it will be a minimal addition to
your end total. Here is a break down of charges based on order
totals:
