Why do I need a Wedding Planner?

Most couples these days are VERY Busy! Wedding planning can be overwhelming and stressful when you do not have the time that is needed to put into it. Your wedding is such an important – and expensive – event in your life: it makes sense to hire a professional to assist you during the process. We have experience dealing with any issues that occur during the wedding, big or small. And best of all – having a Wedding Planner means that the both of you, your family and friends can relax and enjoy your very special day that is filled with excitement and emotion.

How do you determine your fees?

Our fees are reflective of the quality of experience that we provide for our couples. We offer an outstanding planning + design experience.  A LiDi wedding will provide the couple peace of mind, and an unforgettable experience. Our fees are FLAT RATES – not percentage based. We would be happy to discuss all of the options that we offer at the initial consultation.

Can my fiancée and I be involved in the decision making?

Certainly, without question! This is one of the most important days of your lives.  With your input we will create your dream day.  We are here to support your ideas and guide you through this sometimes stressful time.

Can we hire LiDi if we have a small budget?

Yes, even if your budget is small, the investment of hiring planners will be part of your budget.   Every couple should have a Wedding Planner! There are different cakes, décor, dresses for every budget, and we are here to assist you in suggesting and choosing what is appropriate for your budget.  We will guide you through the process of staying on Budget!

When do we hire a Wedding Planner?

We recommend that couples meet and hire Wedding Planners as soon as possible.  It’s never too early or too late!

You could send us an email

  • Asking if we  are available on your wedding date or
  • Setting up an initial meeting (often referred to as the initial consultation)

During the initial meeting, we will go through your answers that you provide to us through your email contact. You should be comfortable and confident with us as your Wedding Planners. We could meet with you at our home office or at a coffee shop. We further have bridal material for you to review upon request.  You will leave your meeting with all of your questions answered and feeling confident and comfortable.
